Teddy’s Farm is a family-run sheep farm near Lymington. In the summer we open two big fields for relaxed, spacious camping, and all year round we let storage and workshop units.
We open about 17 acres across two fields for camping at May half-term and in August.
There are no marked pitches, so you choose your own spot, next to friends or in a quiet corner, with views to the Isle of Wight.
There are six hot showers, coffee every morning from The Baa-rista, and fire pits to hire when the fire safety rules allow. If you’d rather not bring a tent, we have pre-pitched bell tents in August.
The campsite runs on solar power, the loos are composting loos, and a bed of willow trees cleans the waste water. How it works.
Alongside the campsite, we let storage and workshop units all year round, from about 50 to 2,500 sq ft, for local businesses and households.
We’ve refurbished our buildings with new insulated roofs, cladding and interiors, and the site has 24-hour gated access and CCTV.
Units for business stock and equipment, household storage, boats and vehicles, or space to work, including 20ft shipping containers housed indoors. Some units have water as well as electricity and lighting.
We’re 100 metres off the A337 between Lymington and Brockenhurst, with good access for vans, trailers and commercial vehicles. Call or email Teddy to talk through what you need.

Teddy’s Farm was so lovely, easy to access the most beautiful parts of the New Forest. Teddy was a lovely host and the coffee cart on site every morning was a great way to start the day.
Lovely, friendly team and Teddy couldn’t do more to help us… a great way to experience farm life and we loved sitting around our firepit listening to the sheep!
