Refurbished buildings, clean and dry inside

We’ve invested a great deal in upgrading and refurbishing our buildings, with new insulated roofs, new cladding and improved interiors. The result is clean, dry and practical space for a wide range of uses, from household storage and business stock to boats, vehicles and workshops.

Units from about 50 to 2,500 sq ft

Our units range from small stores to large workshops, so you only pay for the space you need. Here are three of them drawn to the same scale.

About 50 sq ft A small store, about the size of a garden shed
About 160 sq ft A 20ft shipping container, housed indoors
Up to 2,500 sq ft A large unit, with room for a workshop, stock or vehicles

The van in the large unit is drawn to the same scale. Shapes and layouts vary from unit to unit.

What the units have

  • Storage and workshop space

Refurbished, weatherproof units that work as a store, a workshop or both.

  • Shipping containers, kept indoors

We have 20ft shipping containers housed inside our buildings, so you get a self-contained space that’s also out of the weather.

  • Electricity and lighting

Units have electricity and lighting, and some have water as well. Let us know if you need water and we’ll tell you which units have it.

  • Room for vans and trailers

There’s good access for vans, trailers and commercial vehicles, so loading and unloading is straightforward.

  • Gated, with CCTV

The site is gated and covered by CCTV, and you can get to your unit at any time of the day or night.

  • Long or short term

We let units for the short term and the long term. We also have boat storage for a winter lay-up or all year round.

Easy to reach from Lymington and Brockenhurst

The farm is at Boldre, 100 metres off the A337 between Lymington and Brockenhurst. It’s a quiet, rural spot, but only a moment from the main road, and the access suits vans, trailers and commercial vehicles.

Availability and rent

Our units vary in size and specification, and what’s available changes through the year, so the best way to find out is to ask. Get in touch to talk about what you need, what’s free at the moment and the rent. We’re happy to show you round and help you find a suitable space.

When you get in touch, it helps to tell us:

  • what you’d like to store, or the work you’d use the space for
  • roughly how much space you need
  • how long you’d like it for
  • whether you need water

Email is the best way to reach us, as we can’t always take calls.
