Workshop units near Lymington

Yes. Our workshop units are part of the storage and workshop units on the farm, in buildings we’ve refurbished with new insulated roofs, new cladding and improved interiors. Units range from about 50 to 2,500 sq ft, so there’s room for anything from a small bench to a large workshop.

Yes. The farm is 100 metres off the A337, and there’s good access for vans, trailers and commercial vehicles, so loading tools, materials and finished work is straightforward.

The site has 24-hour gated access, so you can get to your workshop whenever you need to. [Teddy to confirm: any limits on noisy work or working hours, and whether customers can visit.]
